Beta Terms
These Beta Terms apply to the closed beta of AskAniela, provided by IBB MEDIA Roman Rozenberger, Kargowska 12, 66-133 Klenica, Poland, NIP 929 179 66 80, REGON 363374908 ("we"). They supplement the Terms of Service; if they conflict, these Beta Terms prevail for the beta. The English version is binding.
1. Closed beta, by invitation
- The beta is closed and invite-only. Requesting access on the website does not create a right to an invitation; we send invitations by hand and decide whom to invite and when.
- An invitation is personal to you or to the organisation named in it. Do not share invitation links or account access.
2. Free of charge
The beta is free of charge unless we tell you otherwise in advance and in writing. Any usage limits shown in the application apply. We will not charge you for beta use without your explicit agreement.
3. No guarantees
- The beta is a pre-release version provided "as is" and "as available", without any service level, warranty or guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
- Results are automated estimates and may be wrong in both directions; we do not guarantee any outcome in Google Search. Features, limits and results may change at any time, and data created in the beta may be reset or deleted. Keep your own copies of anything important.
- Mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence are not limited.
4. Confidentiality
Features, results, documentation and other information about the beta that we have not made public are confidential. Do not publish or share them (including screenshots and benchmarks) without our written consent, except within your own organisation for evaluating the beta. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public without your fault, or that you must disclose by law.
5. Feedback
We welcome feedback, bug reports and suggestions ("Feedback"). You grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify and incorporate Feedback into our products and services, without obligation to you. We will not name you or publish your pages or personal data in connection with Feedback without your consent.
6. Duration and ending the beta
- We may change, suspend or end the beta, or your participation in it, at any time. Where we can, we will give you reasonable notice by e-mail.
- You may stop participating at any time by stopping use and asking us to close your account.
- After the beta ends, continued use of the Service will be subject to the then current Terms of Service and prices; we will not move you to a paid plan without your explicit agreement.
7. Your data in the beta
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including beta signup data, account data, submitted pages and reports (reports are kept for 90 days in the beta or until you delete them). For content that Business Customers submit, the Data Processing Agreement applies. Do not submit pages that you are not allowed to have analysed. Use of the beta is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
