This policy is part of the Terms of Service of AskAniela, provided by IBB MEDIA Roman Rozenberger. It replaces the former "Credits & Refund Policy": the Service is billed in US dollars, there are no credits.

1. Prepaid balance in US dollars

Use of the Service (for example checks, audits, page rendering) is charged in US dollars (USD) from the organisation's prepaid balance or plan allowance. Each operation has a fixed unit price from the public, versioned price list published in the documentation; the price is shown before a paid operation starts. Prices are net amounts with up to four decimal places (for example $0.0300 per page for a Spam check). The balance is not electronic money or a deposit, bears no interest and is tied to the organisation that holds it.

2. Plan allowance and pay-as-you-go balance

Plan allowance: the monthly USD amount included in a plan is available for each billing period and expires at its end; it does not carry over.
Pay-as-you-go balance (top-ups) is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balance expires at the end of the validity period without compensation.
Charges are taken in this order: the current plan allowance first, then the pay-as-you-go balance that expires soonest.

3. No refunds and no cash exchange

Purchased balance is non-refundable, cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be transferred to another organisation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise (see section 6).

4. System errors and cache hits

Cache hits and operations that fail cost $0. If an operation fails because of our error (for example a fetch or model failure), the amount reserved for it is restored automatically to your balance. Restored amounts keep the validity of the original purchase or, if that has already expired, receive a new 12-month validity. Restoration is made to the balance, not paid out. If you think you were charged wrongly, write to roman@rozenberger.com within 30 days.

5. Plan changes and cancellation

Upgrade: takes effect immediately; the remaining allowance of the old plan is replaced by the new one.
Downgrade or cancellation: takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is given for the remainder of the period. Pay-as-you-go balance stays valid until its expiry date.
Closing the account or termination for breach forfeits the remaining balance.

6. Consumers - right of withdrawal and statutory rights

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. Use of the Service is a digital service supplied immediately after purchase.
At checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. We record that consent and confirm it to you by e-mail on a durable medium.
If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to roman@rozenberger.com; we refund the unused part of the top-up within 14 days, by the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including rights for non-conformity of digital content or services.

7. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout with applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we do not store card data. A new version of the price list applies only to operations started after it takes effect.
