Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to the panel, the API and every account, member and API key.
1. Only pages you may analyse
You may submit only pages and sites that you own, operate, or are authorised by the owner to analyse (for example a client who commissioned an audit), or publicly available pages you analyse for your own legitimate research without publishing claims about third parties.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- use the Service or its results to harm competitors or other third parties - for example to publish results as accusations, to support spam reports in bad faith, to defame, harass or extort;
- use the Service to scrape, crawl or harvest third-party sites through our infrastructure, or to obtain page contents rather than assessments;
- bypass quotas, rate limits, billing, access controls or private mode, or create accounts to multiply free allowances;
- scan internal, private or non-public networks, or submit URLs containing secrets or access tokens;
- submit content you have no right to process, malware, or personal data beyond what is needed;
- probe, overload or attack the Service, or extract the rule catalogue, prompts or models systematically;
- resell or share access outside your organisation without a written agreement;
- present results as statements, decisions or endorsements of Google.
3. Enforcement
We may refuse requests, rate-limit, suspend keys or accounts and report unlawful activity, as described in the Terms. Report abuse to roman@rozenberger.com.
